The Media Production & Technology Show (MPTS) is celebrating its first 10 years as an independent show. Some research I was doing included specific camera grip equipment such as slider used to adjust the position of the camera during a take - this process is called tracking. I was also interested to see what LED lights were on exhibition. As well as the stands consisting of equipment manufactures (Sony, Red, Holland etc..) through to union representation and publications (Bectu & British Cinematographer Magazine). I recall attending the MPTS in its early days as an area at the Broadcast Video Expo, so it’s great to see the show thriving. Here are a few pictures from the event held at Olympia Exhibition Space in West London, UK in 13th & 14th of May in 2026.
